Tickets for the event will be available on the portal from Friday 25th February 2022 to Tuesday 29th March 2022
I hope you have the dates in your diaries and will be able to join us for a fun packed day, you will see some superb images and be able to meet and catch up with members from other clubs.
The event is free to attend, refreshments (tea, coffee & biscuits) will be available throughout the day. The venue also offers free parking.
The venue does not allow you to bring your own food onto the premises, although there are lots of places close by where you can buy your lunch you would have to find somewhere to eat your lunch. However, there is an option to purchase a hot lunch which can be enjoyed in the venue.
You will need an entry ticket for the event; there are two ticket types available and you need an entry ticket for both Saturday and Sunday:
| Entry ticket, no food required | this ticket is free but please ensure you have this ticket if you wish to attend the event |
| Entry ticket, lunch required | this ticket has a charge of £10; for this you will receive a hot lunch, with dessert. This ticket also includes your entry, so you do not need to obtain the ‘entry ticket, no food required’ |
If you wish to attend Saturday and Sunday but only want lunch provided on one day, you just obtain the ‘entry ticket, no food required’ for the day you don’t want lunch at the venue and then purchase the ‘entry ticket, lunch required’ for the day you do want lunch in the venue.
