Following a discussion regarding the ongoing Covid situation, it has been decided by the executive committee that the L&CPU Print Folios will not be circulated for the period 2020-21.
This is because of concerns with the ongoing Covid 19 situation, and maintaining the health and safety of the clubs.
The recent L&CPU individuals competition that would normally provide the material for the folios did not include a print competition as you probably know. Therefore a CD containing the best images from the four DPI Competitions, ( Colour, Mono, Nature and Young Photographer), will be sent out to all member clubs in the next few weeks.
Hopefully this will provide an alternative to the usual Folio night for those clubs that normally take them.
We expect the Print Rotas will return when the situation is back to normal in 2021. The current Rota dates will be adhered to as closely as possible.
The prints that are currently held by the Folio secretary, from the 2019-20 print folios, will be returned to the clubs at the next available opportunity.
