North Fylde Photographic Society Annual Exhibition

Exhibition: 3 August to 31 August 2024

In advance of the launch of its new season, the North Fylde Photographic Society (NFPS) has mounted an exhibition in Fleetwood Library of club photographers’ recent work.  The exhibition is free of charge and open for the entire month of August.

The exhibition is located upstairs and there is lift access for anyone who requires assistance.  If you travel to Fleetwood by public transport, take the Fleetwood Ferry tram to Victoria Street or any of the Fleetwood Ferry buses to Albert Square.  Library opening hours are 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday, open until 19:00 on Thursdays.

Open Evening: Tuesday, 27 August 2024

The NFPS is hosting its annual Open Evening on Tuesday, 27 August 2024 and invites anyone interested in joining the club to come along and meet members in an informal atmosphere and find out what the club offers for the photography enthusiast.  Our club is welcoming and friendly, supporting photographers of all abilities, and our Open Evening provides an opportunity to learn more about the programme of lectures, presentations and workshops aimed at developing skills in photography and post-processing and to view examples of individual members’ work.

The Open Evening takes place at the church hall of The Church of St Martin and St Hilda in Carleton (adj. Castle Gardens pub, postcode FY6 7LS), it starts at 19:30 and refreshments will be served.
