The venue for the evening will be the Lowton C of E High School, Lowton.

The winning club and author of the winning image will each receive a trophy.

GB Trophies (Prints) 2017

The GB Trophies for Prints are held each November. Every Club may enter directly, without any pre-qualification. Clubs may enter the Open Trophy, and may also enter the Nature Trophy. Awards are made to the winning Clubs. A number of awards are declared for individual images. A significant selection of prints are placed in albums for display at PAGB events.

The 2017 Nantwich Camera Club Photographic Exhibition, featuring recent work from members of the popular and successful club opens in the Millennium Gallery at Nantwich Museum on Wednesday 13 September running until Saturday 11 November. The annual event, which is always well received includes print and projected images with a wide range of truly inspiring subjects. A number of the prints will be available for sale and visitors will be invited to choose their favourite photograph.

Welcome Evening at the Wilmslow Guild Audio Visual Group on Friday 15th September

We’re a varied lot, us photographers – portrait, landscape, creative…. but we have one thing in common – we’re all after that award-winning image. Then of course there’s the couple in the corner who seem to have a slightly different agenda – you know, the ‘Audio Visual’ workers! Most clubs have one or two AV’ers, often working in semi-isolation. 

This is why in 1993 the Wilmslow Guild Audio Visual Group was formed where like-minded photographers, with an interest in AV could meet to exchange ideas and expertise. Now 25 years later the Wilmslow Guild Audio Visual Group is still welcoming new members.
