Open Monochrome, Open Colour, Scapes and Nature.

Welcome to the 76th Annual Exhibition of Photography organised by Southport Photographic Society. We look forward to receiving your PDI entries across the four classes. It is with regret that we are still unable to return to a Print and PDI Exhibition. As a society dedicated to ‘organising and conducting public exhibitions of photographs, photographic art and apparatus’ we have tried hard to put the necessary arrangements in place for selecting and exhibiting prints but it has not been possible this year. We will try even harder next year. I wish you every success with your entries

AWARDS
All acceptances in this affiliated exhibition count towards a BPE Crown Award.
There will be a minimum of 60 awards to be won across the classes.
PAGB Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals, Selectors Medals,
PAGB Ribbons, BPE Ribbons and SPS Certificate of Merits.
All entrants will receive an Exhibition Catalogue.
The opening ceremony, if permitted due to Covid regulations at the time, will be held at: New Hall, Emmanuel Church, Cambridge Road, Southport, Merseyside. PR9 9PR. Doors open 7.15 pm for a prompt start at 7.45 pm. Please note that due to size of entry we may require to show the classes over two evenings and the second evening will be via zoom on Wednesday 29th March 2023 zoom opens 7.30 pm for a prompt start at 7.45 pm.
PDI viewing will be made available at selected venues. To be advised.
