PAGB Inter-Federation Print Exhibition Now Open

The PAGB Inter-Federation Print Exhibition is now open at the Leigh Spinners Mill from 10 am to 4 pm daily until July 20th. Admission is free.

The exhibition features over 150 prints from club photographers from all four corners of the UK. The prints were put up by a team of volunteers on Thursday, July 6th, and the exhibition was officially opened on Saturday, July 8th at 2 pm by L&CPU President Rob Hockney.

Just before the opening, eagle-eyed Keith Richardson spotted a mistake that the technical bods had missed. The athlete in one of the pictures had somehow been depicted as a limbo dancer going under the bar rather than the high jumper he was supposed to be!

This was soon sorted, and the exhibition was ready for its official opening.

In his opening remarks, Rob said the exhibition was a “fantastic showcase for the talent of club photographers from all over the UK.” He also thanked the volunteers who had put up the exhibition.

The exhibition can be found on the 4th floor of the mill, which is located at Park Lane, Leigh WN7 2LB. The mill can be reached by phone at 07542 785095.

We hope to see you there!”
