If you attended Lytham St Annes Photographic Society’s exhibition, Photoshow 2024, you’ll know that we ask our visitors to make a note of their favourite prints on a feedback/comments slip.
By the end of the exhibition’s two week run we had received almost a thousand votes!
Without a doubt, Bill Breckinridge’s work was the most popular with our visitors. His amusingly titled “Do you have any Woodpecker on tap?” was the clear winner.
Bill’s “Merry Christmas” was voted into second place by our visitors.
In third place, the Visitors’ Choice went to Mike’s Williamson’s “Morning Mist in the Forest” which had been awarded 1st place in the Scapes section of Photoshow.
Incidentally, whilst Bill received a number of awards for his other Photoshow entries, neither of these two images got a mention from the judge and interestingly, only a handful of visitors agreed with the judge’s choice of Best Print in Show – who’d be a judge, eh?!
