Whilst the L&CPU run very successful mock APMs yearly, the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain, of which the L&CPU is a member Federation, offer Federations an introduction to the awards, what awards are available and offering club photographers a chance to bring their pdi’s or prints to be commented on by the very adjudicators who judge the awards twice yearly.
This is an excellent chance for you to have your work seen and hopefully give you the confidence to have a go. This day is aimed at photographers who are not, as yet, working towards an award.
As part of the day, there will pictures shown that show the standards expected for each of the award levels.
The day costs £5 to attend, tea and coffee will be available but lunch is not provided, although you are welcome to bring sandwiches with you.
