Closing date for entry into the above competitions is fast approaching, remember :
Your Print entry will need to be delivered to St Mary’s Parish Centre Society Club by 10 am on Saturday morning and will need to be collected from Elm Bank on Sunday after judging has been completed.

Refreshments

Saturday – we will provide tea/coffee and biscuits. The venue has no restrictions regarding the provision
of food so you can bring your own packed lunch to enjoy during the lunch break, or take a break and walk to one of the local shops.

Sunday – we will provide tea/coffee and biscuits. The venue does not allow you to bring your own food onto the premises, although there are lots of places close by where you can buy your lunch you would have to find somewhere to eat your lunch.
However, there is an option to purchase a hot lunch which can be enjoyed in the venue; this will cost £10 and will be a main meal and dessert.
Tickets are now available for you to purchase from Portal; the final day for ordering food will be 27th
February as I have to give the numbers to the chef at Elmbank I hope you have the dates in your diaries and will be able to join us for a fun-packed day, you will see some superb images and be able to meet and catch up with members from other clubs.
