Funeral Arrangements
Bob’s funeral will be held on Thursday 11th June, 10am. The venue is Howe Bridge Crematorium, off Lovers Lane, Atherton. M46 0PZ.
Unfortunately, due to current circumstances, family only will be at the crematorium and the public are requested to stay out of the grounds.
However, it seems we can line the approach road to the crematorium gates (just off Lovers Lane) and keeping 2 metres social distancing to pay our respects.
Parking is available in the overflow carpark just before the crematorium gates, along with some parking on Lovers Lane.
It has been suggested (and approved by Sue, Bob’s wife) that we wear a camera around our neck to indicate we are Bob’s photographic friends.
Please ensure you are in position by 9:45 latest and please note that there are no toilet facilities.
