Ahead of the Extraordinary General meeting which is due to take place this coming Thursday 8th October at 7.30pm, L&CPU Treasurer Rob Hockney reports that only 34 of the 94 clubs in the Federation have made a declaration.
The Annual Returns were due to be completed in April and to be able to send out accurate subscription notices early in November they need to have been completed by your club on the Portal.
If your club is one of the missing 60, then please can you ensure that your club Secretary knows of this requirement and that it is done as soon as possible.
